Private Rooms
Planning a celebration or company event? We love bringing families, friends, and teams together around the table to share great food and make lasting memories. With Jerry’s pizza, salads, sandwiches, and an arcade featuring a pool table, your gathering is set up to be fun and festive.
From the moment you arrive, our team takes care of the details, from room setup and food service to coordination throughout your event. We handle the cleanup, too, so you can relax and enjoy your time together. Whether you’re hosting a birthday, corporate gathering, or special celebration, our private rooms offer a welcoming space for a memorable experience.
Please note: Reservations cannot be made by phone during service hours. Please complete the form below, and we’ll contact you within 24–36 hours to confirm availability. You’ll receive a confirmation email and Google Calendar invite, and we may call if we have any questions.
Room Details
Availability
Private rooms are available by reservation for parties of 20 or more.
We offer two party rooms:
Jo Ann’s Den: seats 20–23 guests
Jerry’s Ranch Room: seats 25–30 guests
Rooms may be combined for larger parties.
Booking Times
Tuesday–Friday: First booking at 4:30 PM | Last booking at 6:30 PM
Saturday–Sunday: First booking at 11:30 AM | Last booking at 6:30 PM
Minimum Purchase
One room: $195 minimum food and beverage purchase
Both rooms: $350 minimum food and beverage purchase
Private Room & Setup Fee:
Our Private Room & Setup Fee is applied based on the size and complexity of your event. This fee covers reserving the space, preparing the room, and providing additional coordination and support to help your event run smoothly. This fee is not a gratuity.
Minimum fee: $29
Time Limit:
Reservations include a 1.5-hour event time, plus up to 30 minutes for setup (2 hours total). Events may be extended for $50 per additional hour, pending availability and provided no other reservations follow.
Food Orders:
To ensure smooth service and proper preparation, we ask that guest counts and food orders be finalized at least 24 hours prior to your event. Custom desserts are available with one week’s notice.
Limitations:
Outside food and beverages are not permitted. Custom cakes or desserts are welcome; however, if you bring your own dessert, please also bring paper plates and forks to ensure service availability for all guests.
Decorations:
Simple decorations are welcome. We kindly ask that confetti, glitter, or other messy décor not be used and that all decorations be removed at the end of the event.
Friendly Reminder: For the comfort of all guests, children must remain supervised while moving between the dining and game areas. Unattended minors in the game room may be asked to rejoin their party.

Pick-up Catering
We’d love to help with your office, sports event, or special celebration. For large orders feeding 20 or more, please reach out, and we can give personalized advice on what to select and how much food to order. In some cases, we can accommodate orders outside our normal dining hours. (Minimum order required.)
