  • How do I sign up?
    Click the sign-up link and enter your information. You’ll receive a confirmation email once you’re enrolled.

    Already have an account?
    If your email is already in use, just reset your password to log back in.

    When do I get my signup rewards?
    Within 24 hours. Once available, you can view and redeem them anytime in your account. text goes here

  • How do I earn points?
    Earn 1 point for every $1 spent (excluding alcohol).

    How do I make sure I get my points?
    Provide your phone number, email, or rewards account at checkout so we can attach your visit.

    Missed points from a visit?
    Contact us with your order details and we’ll take care of it.

    Can I earn points automatically?
    Yes. Link a credit card to your account and earn points every time you use it.

    Can family members share one rewards account?

    Immediate family members dining together may use the same rewards account. However, rewards accounts are not intended to be used for large groups of unrelated purchases, repeated split transactions, or organized point sharing.

    Can I use my friends phone number so they can earn points?
    No. Our Rewards Program is intended for the guest making the purchase. Repeated use of another person’s account for unrelated purchases may be considered misuse of the program.

    Can I use multiple payment methods on one rewards account?

    Occasional use of different payment methods within the same household is normal. However, repeated back-to-back transactions using multiple cards tied to the same rewards account may be reviewed for abuse prevention purposes.

    Can I split my order into multiple transactions to earn more points?

    No. Transactions may not be split for the purpose of increasing rewards earnings or redeeming multiple offers.

  • How do I use rewards in-store?
    Let your server or cashier know you’d like to use your rewards at checkout.

    How do I use rewards online?
    Sign into your Toast account before checkout (not as a guest). Your rewards will appear and can be applied.

    How do I check my points or rewards?
    Log in with your email or phone number to view your balance and available rewards.

    Where can I see my rewards history?
    Log in and select “History” to view past visits, points, and rewards.

  • Why didn’t I receive points for a purchase?

    Points may not be awarded if:

    • The rewards account was not entered before payment

    • The purchase was not eligible

    • The transaction was adjusted, refunded, or voided

    • The activity was flagged as suspicious or outside normal program use

    If you believe there was an error, please speak with a manager.

  • Our Rewards Program is designed to thank our guests for their continued support and everyday visits to Jerry’s Pizza.

    To keep the program fair and enjoyable for everyone, rewards accounts are intended for individual guest use and may not be used in ways that manipulate or abuse the program.

    Examples of misuse may include:

    • Using multiple transactions solely to earn extra rewards

    • Using one phone number with multiple credit cards to earn extra rewards

    • Combining unrelated purchases into one rewards account

    • Repeated split transactions intended to maximize points

    • Excessive or suspicious rewards activity

    Jerry’s Pizza reserves the right to review rewards activity and, when necessary, adjust or remove points, refuse rewards redemptions, or suspend accounts involved in misuse or abuse of the program.

    Rewards points have no cash value and may be modified or revoked at management discretion.
